Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad First of all We arrived at airport in our booking their was booking for baby seatHertz said no baby seat and they didn't provide us with anything and told us that we have to wait till next day so they can provide us with one, ok so how we gona rent the car and drive without the baby?We leave it in hertz kindygarden to take care of the baby for next 24 hours ?!?!?? That's stupid Then we got offered later for upgrade and let's say it was X amount.When we came to take the upgrade offer on X amount, the reply from hertz was no we gona charge you X 4 ( four times the original upgrade price )Then the manager wants to talk with us on the phone ( as I remember Mr Aron jacob Wich he said he is manager )And Mr jacob said we gona charge extra from the beginning of your rental ( my rental was for 4 day and I came for the upgrade and still 1 day left )So Mr jacob wana charge us X multiply by 4 for the whole 4 days So funny so farWhen I requested his details and I said I wana raise a complain, he didn't want to give any details.I forgot to mention that through all that, I end up spending 2 hours in airport time wasted And next to me their was another lady had same issue with baby seat too So very crapy customer service Such company should not even exist very bad customer service Actually the worst customer service I had ever had in my life Thanks Mr jacob and thanks HERTZ
This company will rob you in the daylight! We rented a car for 3 days, took lots of photos to make sure we are not charged for random made-up damages, and still, they charged us for a dent on the window that previously existed (which was really really hard to see). On top of that, they falsely claimed that we brought the car late!! (We were an hour early and their claimed return time was when we were already on the flight back home!) and charged us for location fee and many other unclear costs, even though we have already paid a lot of those upfront and have brought the car back to the same location. 496 AUD _extra_ cost out of nothing for only 3 day rental. Deplorable is the only way I can describe it.
