I loved the place it is a pleasant atmosphere, quiet it's how I liked it. Friendly staff. The women who comes to clean our room were friendly and polite. Downstairs inside the complex are restaurants, hairdressers and other shops. We washed our own clothes. The laundry area is big enough. If 2 or more people washes clothes at the same time there are chairs out in the foyer close to the laundry room to sit and read from your mobile phn. We have 1 bucket per room, when we needed ice cubes we help ourselves. It is also located in the laundry room. It's accessible 24/7 all you needed is a card instead of a key to get in it's also our key to the room. I will stay there again hopefully in 6 months time.
Helpful staff. Very nice spacious rooms. The two beds were like king size and were extremely comfortable. The temperature control throughout the building was sensibly comfortable night and day. Breakfast on the first floor was first class and included all the options. The counter staff happily assisted us with transport requirements several times and gave great local advice. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Central location. Go for it.
Food good..rooms spotless..great amenities..close to great restaurants..but a few reception personnel could do with a few refreshers on speaking to the public..they are the front runners who can make or break the whole experience.
Fantastic location with a short stroll to all Darwin has to offer. Nice clean and spatious rooms, friendly front of house customer service, and amazing buffet breakfast.
Older style building. Very comfortable and spacious. Easy walking to inner city restaurants and shopping. Bus interchange close for outer suburb exploration ($3 adult, senior card free!)
