Room, service and location was great but taking up to 10 business days to have a security deposit returned to your account seems far too long.Would be better to have a couch rather then 2 uncomfortable chairs in the room to watch tv on, couldn't get comfortable at all
For what is, essentially, nothing more than a big standard mantra apartment block, they've gone out of their way to make Pandanas feel really luxurious. The little touches with the bedrooms, the bathroom amenities, the kitchen supplies just go that step beyond the ordinary and elevate this place. Well done!
Room was beautiful and we'll maintained. Staff were friendly and great value. Especially since they were working new year's eve
The hotel toiletry stuff smells amazing! Also lovely staff everytime I have been there. Good showers and amenities. Restaurant downstairs is also good food and good prices.
Enjoyable and comfortable Stay. Quiet rooms and large comfortable bed. Pretty central location. I liked the layout of the room with the separate sleeping space. Only disappointment for me was very limited vegan food options in the eating space. Not an issue for many I imagine.
