Almost a year to this date, we moved into a property at Palmerston, that is managed by Caitlin. It has been a terrific experience so far, with every single interaction being prompt, polite and professional. Correspondences have always been crystal clear and well in advance. Once, I had missed a payment due to the scheduled payment having expired, and my apology was greeted with a smile. The heads-up message for the routine inspections and the cyclone warning tips came well in advance and are much appreciated. Instances of repair activities at the property where promptly coordinated. Suffice to say that I compared notes with some of my neighbours in the same apartment complex, and mine is miles ahead.
Jo and Kirsty did a wonderful job in helping me get new tenant for our property in less than 3 days. They also have provided much needed information regarding the market and has excellent communication skills you will not find on other real estate companies. What an amazing team!
No change to give ZERO rating.Don't know others, but I will NEVER, NEVER use this agent ever again.Renting a townhouse for more than 2 years, want to negotiate about terminate the lease two month ahead of the end date. Asked to fill a form and get put forward to NTCAT. All they want is money, money, money. No discussion when they make their so called decision when it comes to money -- just notification about how much they will charge you. Regarding cleaning when moved out, no chance given to check their disputed points nor an opportunity to rectify.
I will never use this agent ever again. They are only interest to get your bond money. We spent 2 days cleaning up a furnished aprt and when they went through the aprt (without our present), they did not give us a chance to check their disputed points nor gave us an opportunity to rectify. They sent a cleaning bill of $880 and automatically took this off the bond. Best is not to use them. But if you have no choice but to use this agent, document every single thing (condition report, photos, drag them out to check things, etc..).
