My first rental experience was with KG Young and it was great! Our property manager was lovely, and was always responsive when we had any issues or needed assistance. Our inspections always went smoothly and they were always flexible to meet our availability. Would highly recommend KG Young and will definitely rent through them again :)

When we rented a unit through KG Young, our property manager was really nice. We got approved for tenancy just within a day. It was really great and we're glad that we rented through this agency when we had just arrived in Darwin. Maintenance reports were responded promptly and conveniently. Absolutely no problem with communication. Regular inspections were carried out without any hassle. When we said we were moving out at the end of our tenancy term, she responded professionally and provided us with valuable support which we really appreciate. Quick and no hassle with final inspection. I would gladly recommend KG Young to anyone and I would be happy to rent through them again for a suitable property.
