Cyclezone Darwin have again impressed me with their high level of service. I dropped my broken bike off unannounced on a Saturday and within 2 hours I was collecting it. The Cyclezone team are always helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. I have never found them to be pushy and have treated my bike as if it was their own. Thank you.

I dropped into cycle zone to get some assistance on my morning ride with tyre and break issue the initial service was good but was dissatisfied with the ongoing service as I had a cheap bike they stated they generally cant work on cheap bikes as they arent built properly. Also didnt really get the a great response with asking for a pump to inflate a flat tyres. While I respect they have a Buisness to run a little bit of friendly service goes a long way. Also when I enquired about a new set of shoes I was informed to go to the shimano website and browse that. Many thanks
