Jason provided exceptional service and was very professional. I was given a great price for my Shimano baitcaster combo and provided with excellent advice on which fishing braid was suitable for my new reel.
Thanks Jason for your expertise and local knowledge. Purchased a rod for a bait caster and was a little nervous as I have had no luck and plenty of bird nests. Jason set the rod up and gave a few tips over the counter, so with this knowledge and the correct set up had about 20 casts near the ski club with no problems. Went to buy all-terrain hiking boots and was very impressed by their customer service. Staff were friendly and really did go out of their way to help me, which is very rare for Darwin or the NT. Prices of some boots were heavily discounted and it was good value for money.
