We did Kakadu and Katherine Gorge tours with Narelle as our driver ,whose knowledge ,care and consideration was outstanding ,the trips though long as a day tour were both informative and amazing overall , highly recommended
We have just got back from our wonderful day tour to one of the most wonderful places on earth, Kakadu. A fantastic day that was superbly conducted by Warren. His commentary was not only informative but I think he read my mind because everytime I was wondering what I was looking at he was there to tell us. The surprising one was Hidden Valley as we drove close to it. A good operator too
Very upset. We arrive in Darwin at 2am. They make us arrive at 7.20am for our pick up and until 8am they were still no where to be found. We slept 3 hours just to be on time but they were late. Called the hotline and were told they cannot call me back on what's app and had to hold while we incur roaming charges. How convienent it is for them to make me pay for their mistakes. Hate tour companies that us not considerate, cannot be on time and irresponsible. We could have slept a bit longer or have a decent breakfast. They also refuse to pick us up at novotel airport hotel even though it's 5 mins from discovery park where we wait like idiots after incuring a very pricey 22 Aust dls taxi can ride for a 5 mins ride. We want our money back. Don't use this tour company . No excuse for being late. Too early for traffic jam. Or at least inform us by what's app if they were to be late.
Warren drove us on the Katherine Gorge Day Tour via various places of interest and food. It was a big day but Warren was a wonderful guide and such a smooth driver.
