The staff rarely know what they're talking about here. It is not like other rebel stores, it has the products but the knowledge base of the team is lacking. On top of this, the hours on Google are incorrect. I drove 20 minutes to get there an hour before their supposed closing time only to be told they were closing...but I will be back. I don't really have another option!
I was given a gift card for my birthday which was cool but I never shipped at rebel before so was looking for some slide as there a bit more comfy and better for your feet than standard thongs so went in and found they had a decent range of slides, found a pair thanks to very friendly staff and also a nice to short so they have a good range of stuff and staff real cool to deal with worth checking out, oh and the prices are reasonable depending what your looking for
Your store has excellent staff. I never feel like I have to wander around in confusion, because someone is always ready and willing to assist. Customer service is the forefront of retail, and I greatly appreciate the effort put into developing people with this as a focus.I'd like to particularly commend Shaquile who I recently assisted me. She went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. She took my details so she could contact me later about an item I was chasing, and put it on hold so I wouldn't miss out. Her attentiveness was exceptional (I mentioned I would be away for a week, and I received a call the Monday following my return).Thank you very much for your service, I'll surely be back in the future.
Great store, since rebel moved in over amart the store has had dramatic changes they have a lot more range of footy boots, runners, etc. The store is in great condition well laid out. The staff is very polite always asking if I need a hand.
