Have a parcel lost somewhere down the line. The staff here were super helpful and called their personal contacts to track it down. Best service I've had yet.
Reception staffs are not helpful. You been doing your job for 5 to 6 days don't expect your customer to know informations that are stupid question for you.
Absolutely rubbish. The people here are taking the absolute piss. Every parcel I have ever got is held up and we have to wait for weeks. And when you ask, they just say they will lodge a report and you never hear back from anyone.This is by far the worst run post office I have ever been to.
I went there today at noon time and posted two sets of documents for delivery. Transaction went smoothly and I was able to finish it in less than 30 minutes. Staff was accommodating as well.
Bad delivery service! There is always someone home at the house and they never knock to leave the package there.
