Worse, couldn't meet them in person. Had to call using the Landline in the ground floor and put in hold for 10 min ish.
I found them to be the cheapest for contents insurance in the NT with equal or better cover (inclusions) than other policies. So far customer service has been good, although I am yet to make a claim. Previously I had car insurance through TIO which was also cheaper than most other policies.
