Originally I wasnt going to say anything as I got my hair cut nearly 2 weeks ago, but after seeing my hair straightened again and how badly cut it is at the back including my fringe, I thought I should just be honest. Firstly the service was lovely but the skill in cutting and styling long hair is non existent. After asking to keep my length and to give me layers (which arent straight at all! Im close to tears again its cut so badly) I ended with one side visibly longer than the other side at the back and when I get it fixed its taking away from my length that Ive wanted to keep. My fringe is gappy and uneven. There wasnt enough time allocated for me after I asked for more as my hair is super long and thick so the hairdresser was rushed even more. I cant remember the Indian womans name but I recommend giving her more training.
I highly recommend HD Hair Studio in Darwin. It was my first time getting my hair coloured in years and Indi was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable in the types of products my hair needed and she was warm and personable. Overall great experience!

First time appointment and Laura was welcoming and attentive. She gave a thorough consultation and listened carefully to my wishes. She did an excellent cut and colour, I was really impressed. The general atmosphere of the salon is friendly and fun. So glad I found this place.
