Very disappointed. Arrangement was nothing like I was told. And I was charged a lot. Very poor value for money.

I cannot thank the lovely ladies in this beautiful shop enough. Kathy found my purse in the Galleria Mall and because my phone number wasn't in the wallet, was unable to contact me. Miranda very cleverly did up a poster and put it on a pole outside the mall saying "if you are looking for your purse, please come in and see us at Fantastic Florals and Gifts".......we saw the sign when frantically searching........ needless to say I was extremely grateful that such honest people had found my purse, especially because i had a plane to catch and really needed my ID! Thank you so much to Kathy and Miranda for your honesty and for being such lovely people!!!!!! Next time I am in Darwin I will be buying some of your beautiful flowers xxx
Bought my wedding bouquet from this shop, I was hoping for a nice one when I ordered.. Owner of the shop has a very bad attitude to customers. Rude and ignorant. She does not have a good sense of style for a florist. She refused to send photo of the finished product before the day. Prices are high for a lacking quality of flowers at best.Flowers were not ready at the time of requested pick up. There was no sponge attached to the bouquet for it to last the whole day. Was wrapped with clear plastic and told me to pour water into the plastic. She knew it was for wedding and expecting us to take photos with a bouquet wrapped in plastic? Owner claimed prior payment was not paid, even though it was when I wanted to add more flowers. The pocket flower was just attached with a needle, not even safety pin. And the needle can't even hold the flower. It was total useless and dangerous. Very disappointed for the price I paid. I cannot recommend this shop, better to go elsewhere.
I decided to send flowers for my sister's birthday. My online shopping experience is a smooth transaction even though there is no human interaction. Once I filled up and sent my order, I received an e-mail confirmation and FAQs. It was delivered on the intended date and I am happy about it! (No need to spoil the surprise by asking if she received anything) What greatly disappointed me is the flowers itself. On the photo, the vase "looks" crowded with flowers but what my sister received I think one type of flower is missing and they filled it with greens instead of replacing with similar flowers (if the one I wanted is not available) I wish I could attach the photo so you will judge for yourself. But I am not satisfied at all and TBH, I did not find value for my money.
