I went in because the door to the charging port on my GoPro was jammed and I couldnt get it open. I was served by Stewart and he was friendly and helpful during my whole experience there. He managed to open the door for me, cleaned it and made sure it was easy to open again before giving it back to me free of charge. I then wanted to buy a couple of accessories and he was very knowledgeable and honest about the products they sold. Overall a great experience for me and I cant recommend Stewart and the shop highly enough.
Russel, Caitlin and the rest of Camera House team are by far the best in Darwin. They have a very inviting culture within their store, full of knowledge and always willing to help. I have been going to camera house for over a year and a half for my business and since the day I began getting my equipment from there they were always honest, helpful and always have valuable knowledge about everything in store. Its not often these days you get consistent, good service and therefore this is something that needs a five star review. Well done to all the CH team
