Wow! This has been the best place I have eaten at in Darwin so far, absolutely superb. My wife and I walked in and we're greeted and seated by a very charismatic man by the name of Gavin, he was perfect. I ordered a spice rubbed rump steak and my wife a normal rump, they we're to die for! Please keep up the great work we will be back for sure! The atmosphere was lovely with the sun setting over the beach also, really clean and modern looking venue.
Amazing staff. Really friendly and helpful. Food is good but really really really expensive. Indoor is good but not the best. Not a proper fine dining.
Most of the wait staff were polite and courteous, but one was rude and dismissive. She asked for my name, phone number and email address and became curt and snappy when I politely asked her why she required these. The food was only slightly above average and certainly not worth the exorbitant prices. Wait times for food to be brought out were long, but not as long as the approximately 15-20 minutes I waited for a drink to be brought to the table (just a liqueur on ice, nothing special). I certainly won't be returning, nor would I recommend this place to anybody.
Arrived thirty minutes before the kitchen closed and were greeted warmly , still had the choice to sit inside or outside and they prepared a table for us. Fantastic service and atmosphere .We ordered to entrees of squid and a side of chips and dip to share, the food was nice enough although it came with a fairly steep price for the portion. Overall a nice treat if you have some extra cash to spend .
I had the steak dish and I must say, this was one of the best steaks I have had. Cooked to perfection. Wine list is solid, good beers available.Service was impeccable and friendly.Thanks for a great lunch. I will be back for sure.
