Ross is fantastic! I've used him for years, and even though I moved to Victoria 2 years ago, I still call him to do my tax return via email / phone from the NT office because he's the best! Great service in person and by distance. Highly recommend!
Recently had my tax completed and walked out feeling frustrated and embarrassedSat there for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time start, went into the persons office and stared at another wall for another 15 minutes until I was spoken to. At the end, I was told an amount that was owing, nothing was explained to me as to why it was owed, I then had to pay double the fee which was not explained to me (again) because they lodged another tax return of mine. At no point was I told that lodging a missed tax return would cost another appointment feeThe appointment was rushed and as this was the first time I had gone through an "specialist" I had hoped for better understanding
Worst tax return experience I've had since coming to oz in 2012. The first 30min the agent spent answering the phone (receptionists called in sick) then they hit me with a surprise additional $160 fee because I had an "educational" expenses and an "investment" expenses. None of which was told to me before they started.
